In the Business Division Consumer Products, dairy products, baked goods and plant-based products represent the highest level of enjoyment and convenience. The product portfolio differs according to local needs.
For example, while in Germany and Western Europe the best-known product from the company is MEGGLE herb butter, in Eastern Europe the brand stands for particularly high-quality classic dairy products.
Consumer Products in Germany
We produce and sell our consumer products at three locations in Germany. MEGGLE’s main factory is located in Wasserburg am Inn, Upper Bavaria. A variety of dairy products and plant-based products in particular are manufactured and sold here for the Business Division Consumer Products.
MEGGLE Cheese in Altusried (Bavaria) is Germany’s leading supplier of Emmental cheese for retail and industry. Emmental cheese is produced in Altusried under the Aggenstein brand and as a private label offering. At the MEGGLE Bakery in Gebesee (Thuringia) we produce baked goods for every need – from standard baguettes with different fillings to premium baguettes and various specialities.
Consumer Products in Europe
In addition to our three German production and sales locations for consumer products, MEGGLE products are produced and sold in numerous other European countries.
We have production and sales locations in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia and Slovakia. An extensive range of particularly high-quality classic dairy products, plant-based alternatives and regional specialities are manufactured and sold at these locations. The MEGGLE Group also has further sales branches in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia and Italy.
Consumer Products in the world
Our distribution company MEGGLE Africa and Middle East DMCC, based in Dubai, sells our consumer products in Africa and the Middle East.
From our location in Bratislava, we also deliver to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam and Korea, among others. We are also represented in the USA and Japan with a selection of our consumer products.

Thanks to many years of experience in the production of functional auxiliary materials and state-of-the-art production facilities, we are able to take on complex, demanding and unusual contract manufacturing projects for our customers from a wide range of industries.
Our core competency is spray drying. It is supplemented by agglomeration, evaporation and mixing processes. MEGGLE guarantees the strictest quality assurance as well as individual consultation and trusting cooperation.
