Passion for equestrian sports

Equestrian tournament

MEGGLE has been an enthusiastic supporter of equestrian sports for decades. The married couple Toni and Marina Meggle play a special role here – as passionate riders for many years, they discovered their passion for horse-related sports early on, especially for top-level dressage, and shared this passion with MEGGLE. The German Equestrian Association (FN) even awarded the Meggle couple the German Equestrian Cross in Silver for their efforts.
MEGGLE is a loyal supporter of the international equestrian tournament CHIO Aachen and namesake of the MEGGLE Prize in dressage, which has been awarded for over 20 years. MEGGLE has also supported the popular equestrian sports fair, ‘Pferd International Munich’ for several years.

Enthusiasm for tennis

Competition of tennis professionals

MEGGLE is one of the partners of the top-class tennis tournament BMW Open in Munich, where tennis professionals such as Boris Becker, Michael Stich, Roger Federer and Alexander Zverev have competed in the past. The BMW Open, which is one of the most renowned tournaments in Germany, is one of the 37 tournaments on the ATP 250 tour, two of which are currently taking place in Germany, and enjoys a high reputation among audiences and participants alike.

Fascination for culture

Classical music in Chiemgau

MEGGLE has been a premium festival partner of the renowned opera festival at Gut Immling for several years, which has been attracting numerous opera lovers to Chiemgau every year since 1997. The related children and youth program of the ‘Akademie Immling’ festival, in which over 150 young talents participate by dancing, acting or playing music every year, is under the patronage of Marina Meggle. In order to promote young talent, young people should be introduced to music and theatre and be able to discover their talents.

Promoting research and health

Further development of science

MEGGLE supports various scientific institutions, including the Technical University of Rosenheim at the company’s headquarters and, for many years, research at the Bratislava University of Technology in Bratislava, Slovakia. In addition, MEGGLE supports various research groups in the areas of food technology, dairy science and milk technology and is therefore committed to the ongoing development of research and science. For around 20 years, the MEGGLE Group has been cooperating with the COOP Jednota Foundation in Bratislava, a healthcare foundation for ill children and adults.
