Antitrust authorities give green light: Rücker takeover approved
MEGGLE Holding SE has officially received approval from the German Federal Cartel Office and other foreign authorities to acquire the Rücker dairy. This means that the integration of the Aurich and Wismar sites into MEGGLE Holding SE can proceed as planned.

As planned, Klaus Rücker will step down as managing partner of the Rücker dairy as part of the takeover. His wife Insa will also be stepping down from her role in the company. The takeover was announced in September 2025 by the long-established Bavarian company MEGGLE.
